Prep Week Aug 1st till 5th
Been relaxing alot, sleeping+ eating is at its maximum. Ross and shawna are doing a meet in new york, shawna is going for an all-time record which I think shell smoke! Ross is going for some high bench numbers aswell, he is going to soldier up and get it done. Ill be at the CPA meet in Magog with Big Leo, Carmine, Joanick, Alex and simon. Friends and familly will also be there. Our team is strong, were going to have a great time this weekend and good luck to everyone!! Go MMM!

Worked up to my opener 500lbs , felt awsome. Tricep still hurting like always, wanted 550lbs.. Smoked it, went up just as fast as my 500lbs. Vibe was good tonight, CPA is next week, on to prep mode from here on.

Deadlift has been the toughest obsticle for me yet! Ive been fighting with this lift for months, every wednesday going at it, and going at it, and going at it. One week I would get 450lbs, one week 500lbs, once I hit 500lbs it was like I couldn't do it again.. Well tonight I was really fustrated about not getting this dam lift, not getting the concept of the technique. I fought so hard in my head that I did sets withs 500lbs and it felt light! Im really happy, it feels good getting something that you know wants you to fail. Just want to say thx to my coaches for helping me, good vibes in the gym tonight.

Good night tonight, worked a bit on the CPA press calls because there long. Been working alot on my form, finnally learned how to use my feet to achive some nice power on my bench. Felt awsome, can't wait for friday!

Weight felt good, struggling a bit with my air cuz its been very humid lately. My right tricep is really acting up, hurts alot when im raw, not as much when im in gear. Gotta keep pushing forward, ice, ice and more ice

Everything felt good, feeling very strong squating now. Did not go heavy, just got the work in. CPA push/pull is in 2 weeks so preperation is in motion. Big plans for my squat numbers this year for sure!
July 9th, Bench Wars
Joanick, Curd, Brad, Shawna, Ross and Scott had a really great meet. Just amazing to watch! Very happy to have been a part of that. Mike controlled his weight well just the lockout has to be worked on more. He’s a beast! As for me, warm up felt awful, shirt was VERY loose on my opener, 500lbs felt like 600lbs.. Shawna tightened my shirt up for the next 2 attempts, the shirt was very good but my 2 last benches were not. It was like I got under the bar and forgot how to bench. I really didn’t have a good vibe either, was not feeling any energy but you got to do what you got to do. Bill Crawford said my shirt was cr&%p, he’s right in a way because you really have to adjust it right for the pop to be achieved. Joeffrey has a shirt in the gym that he’s not using; I will attempt to bench in it Friday and see how it goes. I’m going to take this weekend to really examine my conditioning and other things. There should have been no reason why to have got minimum 550lbs; it’s time to crank it up big time. To get some recognition I got to start lifting some serious weight consistently, not just at the gym but as well as the comps.
Bench Wars opener July 5th
Back from toronto, head was messing with me alot since I havn't went heavy for over a week. Ross and Shawna were worried about me going heavy cuz I would only have 3 days to recover till the meet. Worked up to my opener

500lbs went up very fast, I was happy and now I could focus on the meet. Im going for 500/550/600..
June 29th Light Bench
Been in toronto for a week, good to get away from montreal for abit. Went to a comercial gym called Hardcore Gym lol. Did some pauses with 315, bench was slipery but managed. Did some tricep pull downs, traps, biceps. Gonna do my opener back at montreal barbell, hope my tricep is good to go.
