405 x 3 - briefs+suit. straps down

495 x 3- 4 sets--briefs+suit. straps down

 

Everything felt good, feeling very strong squating now. Did not go heavy, just got the work in. CPA push/pull is in 2 weeks so preperation is in motion. Big plans for my squat numbers this year for sure!
