training has been a little inconsistent during the week so bench variation could've been anything, decided on boards as another lifter had already started on those... went pretty well, 355 was pretty much near my max, we'll see if i have 365 in me which would be a PR... 95# is the heaviest i've gone on OH ext for reps so that's nice, finished off with laterals... go home and EAT
edit: 355 x 3 is actually a 20 pound PR looking back in my logs

well my squats are on the move big time, my previous best was 661# in my last meet in may, full gear straps up, knee wraps, and i ended up getting a 24# PR today, straps down, no wraps, looked like i could double or triple it, lovin' it, depth looks ok from one side but high from the other, whatever, i got an up call and shot up then... deads were and felt terrible, probs at the lockout as usual, gonna actually have to work on that specifically, but power of the floor was great at least, tried pulling in the suit but was not working for me at all and decided to take it off... to make up for the deads, i punished myself with a little conditioning work

got a small cold, was feeling it yesterday, started with a scratchy throat and throbbing teeth, which i hate it when that happens btw, today was the sniffles, but energy was still great so i went in anyways... pressing actually was not that bad, 430 was almost locked out, left arm was locked and bobbled the right so Ross just grabbed it, better safe than sorry, but no lift alas, 405 x 2 was a super grinder, Ross put his fingers on the bar at the end of the second rep, and a big PR on the extensions because they felt really easy...

notes:
starting to get some weight on my back after a nice little brief only squat cycle, got my suit back, had a small tear in the crotch area that was patched up nicely, so back in business... worked with the straps down to get the feel for it again... was looking to work up to 6 plates only, but it was such a joke, i went up to 645, which was equally easy and a PR with just bottoms...
... stand ups were the strongest they felt at that weight, popped it up like nothing... next week will be a 685+, time to set some more PRs, 700 is in my sights, just not looking forward to knee wraps, i really hate them haha
