notes:
starting to get some weight on my back after a nice little brief only squat cycle, got my suit back, had a small tear in the crotch area that was patched up nicely, so back in business... worked with the straps down to get the feel for it again... was looking to work up to 6 plates only, but it was such a joke, i went up to 645, which was equally easy and a PR with just bottoms... alt ... stand ups were the strongest they felt at that weight, popped it up like nothing... next week will be a 685+, time to set some more PRs, 700 is in my sights, just not looking forward to knee wraps, i really hate them haha
