Wednesday April 20 Deadlift

Decided to try some deadlift...even if i have some upper back pain. It felt pretty good after all.

Conventional raw deadlift in the power rack from 1 pin

135 x 10

225 x 3

315 x 3

365 x 1

405 x 1

455 x 1

495 x 1

545 x 1

All of them felt pretty good. Think i will give conventional a shot full rom with the suit next week to see if i'm doing better than sumo style.

That was it for today's training. Feeling strong...really strong, but tommorow will be shirted bench so wanted to save some.
