Ok, shirt was good fit but i just can't bench in that kind of shirt. Went 1 inch or 2 down and it was stuck and the collar started to stretch... Too bad. Did not wanted to rip a 330$ shirt that wasn't mine... It means one week without any shirt benching. Will bench in my rage x next week...the shirt is at MBB.

Put the Titan super ram on

4 sets of 3 reps with 385

 

Rack lock-out

sets of 3-5 reps for 3-5 seconds hold

135 + 2 pair of doubled mini-bands

225 + bands

275 + bands

Tricep rope push-down

2 sets of 40 reps

 

It's might be the worst benching night i had in a while but... this happen sometimes! Head's up big boy....5 week's out!
