This was all i do this day since my body is totaly out of power & enegy now.Last night i have to get water fluid into body becose i was so dehydrathed after 1 week with stomack problem,all i try eat or drink goes direct out again.I probly just try rest comming week & then do as good as i can on meet 12 February.I have feel strong all week even if i was sick,but today i was under the ice.....
