after 2 weeks vacation from the gym for my wedding:

squats with briefs:145 x 5 ,235 x 5 ,325 x 3

suit on:415 x 2 ,505 x 1

knee wraps on: 595 x 1 ,695 x 1 ,775 x 1

raw,conventional deadlift:315 x 3 ,455 x 8

leg press,stiffed leg deadlift,hack squat,leg extention,leg curls to finish my legs because I plan to squat only once a week for a while,to let my hips get better.

(I still believe that squatting 3 or 4 times a week is better to have a peak of strenght for 4 to 6 weeks,but for many months like I did,it kills the joints)

I was satisfied with my lifts,but seeing Mike bench 904 lbs in a shirt that I made makes me even more happy about today's training,and it was good to be back.I was also happy for Joanick who benched 600 Lbs and Chris 565 I think.
