Did'nt had help for shirted bench at my comm. gym so i did slingshot instead.

There was someone doing bicep curl in the power rack...lol...so i did 4 board instead of the rack lock-out.

All of my raw bench felt heavy lately... but i don't train for raw and my shirted bench is doing fine so i don't really care about my raw numbers. I'm still feeling strong minded in my training and looking foward a good squat session on sunday at montreal barbell. My plan is to work on depth...and smash some weight!
