Ross had to leave to go get Cheryl from the airport so I slowed it down and helped train the other guys while he was gone.  We had a full house tonight - everybody working on form or learning technique for the first time.  It's a great feeling when people get the motion down, the weight flies, and they come off the bench feeling that power!  You can see it on their faces; it makes me really happy for them! 

Once Ross and Cheryl got back, we warmed up again and benched together.

I didn't want to go too heavy this week, saving it for one last heavy bench training next Friday, but wanted to get some weight in my hands.  Form was solid, shirt fits great, I was happy with that.
