Heavy Bench May 20th
Got to the gym and did my usual warm up, 1 plate, 2 plate, 3 plate, shirt 425lbs, 455lbs, 500lbs, 525lbs, then ross and I talked and we both said 550lbs.. Holy sh..t it went up nice, 550lbs PR! Im real happy with that lift, it feels good when you work really hard and it pays off. Im feeling really good, body is feeling strong, my head is were its suppose to be, my conditioning and diet is on the ball, so I have no ecxuses why I shouldn't show up and do my work. Looking forward to squat tmr, its starting to get intense the closer the pro/am gets.
