Squat May 8th

 

 Huge group today, great vibes. My squat is really comming around, Im starting to love squatting. Almost got 660lbs, couple of weeks ago I got 720lbs. Maybe I was just burnt out, all in all im primed for the pro/am. Funny thing that ross called me sunday " the come back and get it man", I hate failling at my lifts, even if im burnt out. Ill 99% of time come back and get it... My conditioning is going good, gonna start my new stack of protein, carbs, etc... this friday. I dropped 12lbs so I can try and stay in the 242lbs class. I was 254lbs before and felt awsome. But wow I just kept eating and eating. Will see how things go
