15 minute - bike (slow amble - my bike could have had a basket on the front)
one arm snatches - 10 x 30; 8 x 35; 6 x 40
decline bench - 10 x 30; 8 x 35; 6 x 40 (dumbbells)
one arm db rows - 8 x 50 x 3 sets
bicep curls - 8 x 30 x 2
tricep behind the head db push ups 8 x 40
