leg press static contraction: 4 plates (265 lbs real weight + 800 lbs on dynamometer =1065 lbs

                                         5 plates(330 lbs real weight +1100 lbs on dyno= 1430 lbs (+ sled weight)

deadlift end (with straps):495 x 1, 775 just lift a little bit (I will have to make a new pair of straps,one strap hold by almost nothing,one more lift and it will break..

bench end:125 x 2, 245 x 1
