INJURY

 

 Well ive been off since 2 fridays ago, my arm is still hurting but not as crazy. My left arm has some pretty intense tendenitis, so its been really buging me. Since im a diesel mechanic I use my hands everyday, they don't rest up... Been under alot of stress lately, Ive lost 8lbs-- 258 now 250! I know ill get the weight back but if my arm keeps hurting I might really have to back it off from lifting. That would suck. Going to try to train atleast my body to get a pump and keep the blood flowing, I feel like crap. Also noticed that when you lift HEAVY you get hungry alot, now I havn't lifted close to 2 weeks and im not eating or drinking well. I don't even remember the last time I took a shake. Hopefully it will all change and powerlifting comes back for me, there has to be a turning point soon or else "go heavy or go home"  will be  "just go home"!!
