Had a hard and long day at work, got home slept for 3 hours felt great when I woke up. Took some new creatine that my friend gave me to try, woke me up! Got to the gym, felt a great vibe. Did my usual - 1 plate, 2 plate, 3 plate, suited up for 4 plates, then 5 plates flew up for the first time, then 5plates and half flew , Ross looked at me and said 6 plates. I got to the bar, I lifted that bar up almost got it but missed the lock out. My deadlift trainning has been very hard for me, my team is very strong at this lift and ive been having alot of trouble with it. Today it finnally came together. I love having new goals, im very happy with tonight and can't wait to see what else is in store for me. On to the next...
