Light Bench May 10th

 

 Light day, not heavy but got the work in. 4 sets 225lbs for reps, then 2 sets of 225lbs pauses. Did some stretching, glad to get the work in. Ive been trying to deal with the change in my lifting, before I met ross and the team I was bodybuilding. I was really intense when I would lift weights, but now im still intense but not as much. Sometimes it works for me, but other times meh.. I think I might start up again, but time and experience will see. This sport brings out something in people, one minute your talking all normal then you hear your name before you lift and this switch gets turned on and everything gets serious. Its amazing how people just engage the moment, its fun to watch and fun to experience.
