My sunday workout looks always the same,but during the week I always experiment with my training and I feel the difference every week.
For some times I was squatting 3 or 4 times in the week,one day on,one day off;this training was keeping my body ready to squat heavy at any time,but if I had a soreness in the hips or knee It never had time to recover.Now it's more like 3 or 4 days of leg training in a row,follow by 3 or 4 days of rest(for my legs,I train my upper body during that time.After all that rest,my nervous system have to re-learn squatting for at least two days then it's feel ready for a heavy squat training on the third or fourth day.For me it's all about nervous system tuning.
