I'm not so happy about my training this week but I was really happy to see Ross having big lifts in the suit that I made.The last couples of weeks I put more mental effort in making suits and sewing other stuff,finding material etc..and its where i got the results;the day that I will put again as much effort in eating,sleeping more and visualisation as I did before I know that I will beat my Pr. I don't say that Ross had these lift because of the suit,he was increasing his pr anyway every past weeks,I'm just happy that he like it (and happy that now the master wear it, some other people show interest in it!)
