squats in briefs:145 x 6 ,235 x 5 ,325 x 3

put metal suit:415 x 2 ,465 x 1 ,505 x 1

knee wraps on:600 x 1 ,700 x 1 , 775 x no lift 

like always, I do last minute change before a competition;I should keep training with my homemade suit...and I should fight harder on the last lift.

deadlift:with briefs and metal suit(sumo) :315 x 1 ,585 no lift;I lift it maybe 10 inch off the floor...For a long time I lifted only with briefs or only with the suit,

but with both,it give too much support,I can't get a good starting position ,but I'm still happy that it quitted the floor,It's the first time I tried 6 plates.
