after 2 weeks vacation from the gym for my wedding:

squats with briefs:145 x 5 ,235 x 5 ,325 x 3

suit on:415 x 2 ,505 x 1

knee wraps on: 595 x 1 ,695 x 1 ,775 x 1

raw,conventional deadlift:315 x 3 ,455 x 8

leg press,stiffed leg deadlift,hack squat,leg extention,leg curls to finish my legs because I plan to squat only once a week for a while,to let my hips get better.

(I still believe that squatting 3 or 4 times a week is better to have a peak of strenght for 4 to 6 weeks,but for many months like I did,it kills the joints)

I was satisfied with my lifts,but seeing Mike bench 904 lbs in a shirt that I made makes me even more happy about today's training,and it was good to be back.I was also happy for Joanick who benched 600 Lbs and Chris 565 I think.

Felt stronger this week,came back with my one day on,one day off training(complete body in all workouts at home)but have a sore hip again...

I didn't wrote my last week workout,I lifted 865 x 1

My sunday workout looks always the same,but during the week I always experiment with my training and I feel the difference every week.

For some times I was squatting 3 or 4 times in the week,one day on,one day off;this training was keeping my body ready to squat heavy at any time,but if I had a soreness in the hips or knee It never had time to recover.Now it's more like 3 or 4 days of leg training in a row,follow by 3 or 4 days of rest(for my legs,I train my upper body during that time.After all that rest,my nervous system have to re-learn squatting for at least two days then it's feel ready for a heavy squat training on the third or fourth day.For me it's all about nervous system tuning.

I squat 3 or 4 times a week but now instead of having reps day and singles I do only singles but vary intensity.

ex:tuesday singles up to 410 lbs

thursday singles up to 500 lbs

saturday singles up to 410 lbs  at home all lifts in briefs only

sunday at the gym maximum weight with all equipment (this week saturday)

knee wraps:595 x 1 ,685 x 1 ,850 x 1 high but easier than I expected,happy with this, PR for me

bench:95 x 5 , try new bench shirt 135 x 1 ,185 x 1  :shirt too big for me give me almost nothing(and remember that i have a torn pec if you find these numbers low)

I'm not so happy about my training this week but I was really happy to see Ross having big lifts in the suit that I made.The last couples of weeks I put more mental effort in making suits and sewing other stuff,finding material etc..and its where i got the results;the day that I will put again as much effort in eating,sleeping more and visualisation as I did before I know that I will beat my Pr. I don't say that Ross had these lift because of the suit,he was increasing his pr anyway every past weeks,I'm just happy that he like it (and happy that now the master wear it, some other people show interest in it!)
